Andy graduated with a Professional of Technical Management at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) and holds a Six Sigma Black Belt. Since 2007, he has worked in high technology industries and held various management positions regionally and globally.

Andy started the cooperation with DEAXO in the position of Chief Operations Officer at DEAXO GmbH in Germany January 2019.

Effective March 2022, he holds the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at DEAXO SDN BHD in Malaysia and is responsible to provide sustainable company and business development for DEAXO Asian operation and supports global business development for DEAXO Holding.
