As a certified BIM Coordinator (m/f/d) you will be responsible for managing the progress of our BIM projects.

This is how you will spend your day with us:

You organize all project data from clients, subcontractors and specially created in the BIM system (Building Information Modeling)
You query the relevant data and filter the information and pass it on to the project team and clients
You are responsible for quality assurance in all phases of the project
You adhere to the modeling standards and the BIM-AIA
Quality assurance and communication with all relevant departments are part of your daily tasks

This is the right way to describe you:

You are a specialist planner, manager, architect, surveyor, building services engineer, craftsman, MEP planner or career changer and have successfully completed further training as a BIM coordinator (m/f/d)
You already have experience in working with Autodesk® Revit and the BIM system and would like to expand this and put it to the test
As a “data junkie” you can move entire landscapes in your new job and thrive on your tasks
Experience in the project business and routine handling of drawings, parts lists and Word documents etc. are an advantage
We are an internationally operating company, so speak business fluent English, German skills are a big plus
You are characterized by a solid way of working with the necessary perspective and overview
